Grandmothers Healing Haka
Gypsy Hands is in process of scheduling Ojasvin & Iris future visits for 2013.
Haka is a traditional and dynamic power dance from the Maori of Aotearoa, New Zealand. It connects you to your roots and your identity. Healing Haka is a haka for healing and transformation. It is physically demanding and requires a lot of your own individual perseverance and personal will power, in order to receive great benefits. However we encourage people to be aware of their own limitations as we wish to have lots of fun and joy. Pou Uira: this haka is a group dance, that is generated by the fusion of sacred body geometry, rhythm and holy mantric language with pure intent that carries a message out into the world. It activates our presence of here and now. Ojasvin Kingi Davis (Maori) and Iris Hausermann Davis of Grandmothers Healing Haka will be hosting. Please visit their web site at www.grandmothershealinghaka.com for more info.
